== History ==
Foundation has been founded in order to provide a nexus point for the inter-federal coalition. Its construction debuted when the coalition members felt a pressing need of centralising the coalitions instances. Roosbloj has been specifically chosen as central enough in the galactic topography and the moon were designated to be partially terraformed with a standard atmosphere.

When the coalition transformed into the Galactic Society, the Roosbloj-Katernetas treaty specifically designed Foundation as the main pole for political and governing actions, and therefore offically marking it as the galactic capital.
