A thin layer of goo is present under Kraalor's skin. This goo is a leftover from an encounter with a goo creature. The measured average density of this goo is 893 kg/m³. The goo renews itself at a constant rate to fight goo decay. Goo waste is excreted alongside urine.

Reproduction cycle

Kraalor is a hermaphrodite oviparous living being. Both male and female genitals are protected within a slit that further splits in two ways. The female reproductive system consists of a vagina, a pair of ovaries, an atrophied womb and an ovipositor held inside the vagina when at resting position. The male reproductive system is composed of a sheath just below the vaginal entrance, a penis and a pair of internal testicles which are adjacent to the ovaries.

Kraalor cannot fertilize other beings with his own semen but he can be fertilized by other's seeds. Once fertilized he will produce one or exceptionally two eggs. If not fertilized, he still produce eggs which are smaller. Eggs are translucent, flexible and rather fragile. Their shell are soft, made of a plastic-like polymer and they are covered in a thick adhesive fluid. Embryo of fertile eggs may be seen through the shell.

Eggs are fragile and must be kept moistured. If they dry up, their shell cracks and their content spreads out. Due to anatomical quirks eggs cannot leave vaginally but needs to be expelled with Kraalor's ovipositor. The ovipositor internal volume is mainly muscles and is very flexible which makes it rather flaccid but helps him to slither within host rather easily.

During laying, Kraalor looks for warm and safe cavities inside host to expell his eggs. The egg will stick against cavity walls and slowly grow if fertilized during the incubation phase. The fluids surrounding the egg permeates walls allowing transfer of oxygen and nutrients from the host to the egg.

Incubation phase timespan varies depending of parental DNA and can take up to 60 weeks and then the egg hatches, releasing an eel-shaped newborn larvae. This larvae will seek for host central nervous system and place its own head as deep as possible inside. Larvaes that fails finding host's brain usually dies in minutes.

This behaviour has been explained by the fact that larvaes have a very high extrasensory sensibility and they need to bind with host's mind to mitigate the load of their senses.

Once they finalize binding with host's mind, host reports a rush of new feelings caused by the senses of the larvae. This senses includes mind reading, mind control and telekinesis. After a proper training hosts are able to fully exploit those extrasensory capacities. They also have reported to be able to interact with the larvae. They were able to ear their voice as well as see them similarly to hallucinations but were able to percieve those as the product of the larvae's personality.

After a varying amount of time, the larvae grows and finally leaves the host through a natural orifice. No specific pattern has been noticed regarding the time it takes. Once the larvae leaves an host, they'll quickly grow limbs and turn into full hybrids of Kraalor's species.

Hosts suffers a mental distress manifested by high loneliness, a permanent feeling of emptiness and a disruptive need of permanent persence of others. This is probably caused by unbinding. This can be prevented by denying the larvae to leave the host.
